As life unfolded, unforeseen circumstances once again led Mr. Tejas Maru and Mr. Mitesh Gadhiya to a new chapter in their journey. In 2020, against the backdrop of their shared experiences and a profound understanding of global dynamics, they established a new venture. Based out of Australia, this collaborative effort took on a global perspective, involving strategic investments and initiatives that expanded their footprint far beyond their initial expectations.

The Nolexa Group was born from the lessons of the past, a phoenix rising from the challenges faced and victories achieved. This new chapter, written in collaboration by two friends reflects the culmination of 25 years of entrepreneurial spirit, foresight, and adaptability. Fast forward to November 2021, Mr. Tejas Maru, alongside a like-minded founder-director, Mr. Mitesh Gadhiya, ventured into a new frontier with the establishment of Nolexa Group, based out of Australia. The businesses sits in the heart of local communities across Australia, giving back and supporting local producers, suppliers and charities wherever possible.
